Sure enough, celebrities and beauty-lovers alike are now folding lash appointments into their regular mani-pedi-facial routine. “A lot of people don’t like using a lot of mascara, but they still want thicker, fuller lashes,” says Monika Crouch, eyelash expert at the Pierre Michel Salon in New York City. “Eyelash extensions are an instant way to open up your eyes and make them look bigger.” Kristin Deasy and Natalie Elkinawy of Glitz Salon in Beverly Hills get several clients a day wanting temporary lashes—including stars like Lindsay Lohan and Paula Adbul.
