A former accountant for Rachael Ray’s TV cooking show has filed a $1 million lawsuit saying he was forced out of his job because he has an eating disorder.

Aaron Ferguson says in papers filed in Manhattan’s state Supreme Court that he has suffered from anorexia for about six years. He says his supervisor repeatedly exhibited “hostile behavior” and made “vile,” discriminatory and hurtful comments.

The comments included, “Anorexics are sick in the head,” and, “Anorexics should not be able to work,” his court papers say.

Ferguson’s lawyer, William H. Kaiser, said Thursday, “The things that were said in front of my client were hurtful, and once they knew he had a problem with it they should have stopped.”

Ferguson says he repeatedly complained about his supervisor’s use, in his presence, of discriminatory language regarding anorexics but their superiors did nothing that improved his situation.

Ferguson said he began working in July 2007 for CBS Television Distributions Inc., a CBS Corp. unit and the producer and owner of the “Rachael Ray” show. After he complained about his treatment, he says, he was forced out in October 2007.

Kaiser said the firing was retaliation: “He was punished for complaining.”

The lawsuit, filed late Wednesday, names CBS Corp., CBSTD Inc. and three employees of the show as defendants. Ray is not named as a defendant.

A CBS spokesman referred calls to show spokeswoman Lauren Nowell, who said she could not comment on pending litigation.

Lindsay Lohan turned 22 Wednesday night with an intimate prom-themed birthday bash and a sweet smooch from Samantha Ronson.

The actress wearing a bright pink strapless micro-minidress by Bradley Bayou and an elaborate diamond necklace arrived at Teddy’s lounge inside the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel just after 10 p.m. And her companion Ronson took the prom-theme seriously, dressed to the nines in black pants, a tuxedo shirt, bow tie and top hat with red trim.

Once the 50 guests including former Sopranos star Jamie Lynn Sigler and Lohan’s younger brother Michael began arriving at the balloon-filled venue, the Birthday Girl greeted them all energetically with smiles, hugs and kisses. Ronson was never far behind, often keeping her hand on the small of Lohan’s back.

Just after midnight, Teddy’s wheeled out a large pink sheet cake featuring a picture of Marilyn Monroe in her iconic wind-blown white dress. The entire lounge sang “Happy Birthday” and Lohan obligingly blew out the candles. Her friends then chanted “speech, speech, speech,” but the guest of honor replied jokingly, “Shut the f— up.” (Her mother, Dina, stepped in to say, “Thank you all for coming.”)

Soon after that, Ronson took over the D.J. duties (replacing DJ AM), as she spun a mix of ’80s tunes and current hits. Lohan who stuck to Red Bull all evening made several visits to the booth and pumped her fists in the air to Journey’s “Don’t Stop Believin’.”

As the party wound down, the couple appeared to relax, even sneaking in a small peck on the lips at the DJ booth. By 1:15 a.m., the music was muted and Lohan turned out the lights with Ronson by her side.

It’s a girl for the “pregnant man.”

Thomas Beatie, who was impregnated after changing genders but keeping his female reproductive organs, delivered a healthy baby daughter Thursday, ABC News reported.

The 34-year-old transgendered man revealed his pregnancy in April, setting off an international furor. He underwent surgery for breast removal and began taking male hormones years ago.

The man with the wispy beard also legally changed his gender from male to female, married a woman and led his life as a man.

But Beatie retained the female organs he was born with with the intention of one day getting pregnant.

“I feel it’s not a male or female desire to have a child,” he told Oprah Winfrey.

“It’s a human need. I’m a person and I have the right to have a biological child.”

Beatie was impregnated with donor sperm, with his wife Nancy inseminating him at home.

He was reportedly scheduled for a Cesarean section, but details on the birth was not immediately released.

On the second day of her divorce trial against Peter Cook, Christie Brinkley broke down in tears as she recalled how her ex had an affair with his teenage assistant.

“My world was completely shattered,” she told the court, according to the New York Post.

She said she learned the news after delivering a commencement address at a high school in NYC’s Hamptons area in June 2006.

She said the grads were taking turns collecting their diplomas on stage and Cook and son Jack cheering her on from the front row when the teen’s step-father approached her.

“Suddenly, I heard these words … I heard, ‘That husband of yours just won’t knock it off. He’s having an affair with my teenage daughter and that bastard won’t knock it off and I have to come to you,’” Brinkley, in tears, said.

“I said, ‘What did you say?’ At this point my eyes were fading out at the edges, this tunnel vision in a way,” Brinkley told her attorney.

“I looked at Peter and he was just going ‘no’ and I thought it’s true he did that,” she continued.

Brinkley also told the court that Cook was suicidal after his adultery was exposed.

“I’m going to plow my car into a tree,” she recalled him saying from his cell phone while driving. She said it was the first time she had heard her husband cry.

On Wednesday, Cook detailed the affair and his mistress, Diana Bianchi, also took the stand, calling their fling was “mutual.”

Brinkley’s attorney also revealed how Cook spent $3,000 on Internet porn sites.

The battle is expected to get more heated as the days continue as both bash each other’s parenting skills in an attempt to win custody of their two children, Jack, 13, and Sailor, 9.

Cook told the Post the sensational trial “is about parenting and remaining in my children’s lives in the same presence I’ve always had.

“I’m not going to let her take my children the way she has with the last two fathers,” he said.

Lenny Kravitz is denying reports of an affair with Alex Rodriguez’s wife, Cynthia who he’s currently with in Paris.

“There is absolutely no affair between Cynthia Rodriguez and myself,” he tells Usmagazine.com in a statement. “This is unequivocally 100% not true.

“Cynthia is a friend and is here with the godfather of her baby, who is also Alex’s trainer, his wife and their baby girl,” he adds.

“She came here to escape from everything happening in New York City. I opened my home to her as a friend and I find it extremely hurtful that I am now being referred to as an adulterer.”

On Wednesday, perezhilton.com and the Post reported that Rodriguez’s wife Cynthia, 32, had left him for Lenny Kravitz.

The Post reports that she is in Paris with the rocker, 44, and was spotted outside his home as recently as Tuesday the same day Us Weekly revealed that Madonna has been hosting late-night visits from Rodriguez at her NYC apartment.

(Interestingly, Madonna has been romantically linked to Kravitz. He also appeared in her 1990 “Justify My Love” video.)

New York’s Daily News is also reporting that Rodriguez and Cynthia have split after having “problems” for about three months.

Cynthia’s mother, Evangeline Scurtis, denied that her daughter was in Paris with Kravitz “she is not! I know that,” she said but repeatedly declined to comment about her daughter’s marriage to Rodriguez.

The couple (who wed in November 2002) has two children, Natasha Alexander and Ella Alexander, who was born April 21.
