Urban Decay

With courageous shade names and inventive cruelty-free products this brand is bold and fun. Urban Decay’s feminine yet edgy unique eye products, foundations, and powders excite not only makeup artists but also those who savor individuality and have the courage to express it. Frustrated with the lack of fun colored nail polish, Sandy Lerner created Urban Decay in 1996. The brand originally started with a small offering of 10 shades of lipstick and 12 shades of nail polish. The infamous point for Urban Decay was the “urban” inspired product names such as Roach, Rust, Oil Slick, and Smog. In July of 1998, urbandecay.com was launched where customers can receive tips on how to apply the looks and purchase their favs. Urban Decay offers makeup for the eyes, lips, nails, hair, and skin; all cruelty-free. The brand also offers Vegan Products for those who are more “conscious” then others. Urban Decay strives to create products that are edgy.

One of their best sellers is the intoxicating Pistol fragrance which is full equipped with a purple pooch and gift box.
